What is the need of the safety in the bath tub?

Most of the people would think that the bathe tubs are fully safe and there is no need for any precaution on the bath tub. There are also around 13 deaths because of the hair entanglement in the bath tub. The hair entanglement is caused by the powerful suction used by the spas. Sometimes the body part is also entrapped by the strong suction and the powerful drain of the pool. Sometimes the water temperature in the pool also creates some problem. The high temperatures in the tub can lead to sleepiness, which may cause to unconsciousness that can ultimately result into drowning.

What are the safety precautions that you must take?

The parents should never allow child to play in a way that could allow the child's hair to come near the drain cover. If a drain cover is absent or broken down, it is advisable to shut down the spa until the cover is replaced. You should be sure that the drain cover you are using meets this standard. If you are not sure, then call a professional to check the spa. Don't use the spa while consuming the alcohol, because there is increased chance of drowning if you are drunk. Remember that the temperature of the spa to not to exceed than at 104 degrees to avoid the heat stroke.
