An canvas frame comprises the usual rectangular frame members attached at four corners and having a canvas stretched around the edge and held in place by staples or some other suitable means. To improve the stability of the frame a brace is provided significantly midway from corner to corner across the back of the frame in one or both directions and is held in place by movable plastic socket members on each respective end of the brace and each socket member comprises a small rectangular tube having opposed side members extending there from fitted over the inside faces of opposed frame members, known individually as stretcher strips or stretcher bars.

Inspire the child

Keeping a canvas in the backyard can inspire the child to find interest in canvas drawing in the spare time. The child can enjoy the open air and love to draw in the spacious place. Canvas is embellished with hand-applied brushstrokes of transparent acrylics to recreate the additional depth, texture, and richness found on the original artwork. A child if given individual attention makes each canvas a unique piece of art.

Why canvas?

Canvas is wrapped around the stretcher bars and stapled on the sides. White canvas will show on the sides and no part of the image is lost. The stretcher bar on the back of the canvas has a saw-tooth hanger, making it ready to hang on the wall. The canvas texture and non-reflective nature of a canvas transfer allows hanging them under any lighting conditions. Differing from traditional paper art prints, a canvas has a lifespan as long as any original painting or work of art. They can easily be dusted and cleaned with a damp cloth, giving years of use and enjoyment for the children.

Easy framed

Since there is no need to cover a canvas with glass or to even mat these items, having the kids canvas painting framed is easy and cost effective. A good selection of wood moldings is available for framing the canvas and save the child's craft for life long. All the creativity of the child should be preserved to make him feel good and encourage doing better in future.
